Navicat PostgreSQL Explorer!

The Navicat PostgreSQL window includes an object pane that displays the opened tables, queries and so on. On the left side is a navigation pane that helps you browse through the current database objects. Toolbars at the top of window provide other controls that you can use to manipulate your data.
